I've tried several times to get my refund for my deposit on a water slide that they canceled. I was going to let it slide but that money could be used elswhere and I want it back. Funny how responsive he was when he collected the deposit, but not to give it back, "they're extremely busy!" Finally made it right! I will not be a jerk since I had 2 other positive experiences. Don't let greed get in the way of good service!!!
